    Hi TeraWallet Support Team,

I am facing an issue with wallet credit calculations when using a multi-currency setup on WooCommerce.

    Current Setup
    Base Currency: GBP
    Multi Currency Plugin Enabled
    Wallet Plugin: TeraWallet
    Issue

The wallet credit amount is being added based on the currently selected/displayed currency instead of being converted properly from the base currency.

    For example:

I configured the wallet credit/reward amount in GBP (base currency).
If the customer switches the website currency to USD, the wallet amount should first convert from GBP → USD according to the exchange rate, and then be added to the wallet.
But currently, the same numeric amount is being added directly without proper conversion logic.
    Example

    If:

Base wallet credit = 10 GBP
    Current exchange rate = 1 GBP = 1.25 USD

    Expected behavior:

Customer should receive 12.5 USD in wallet

    Current behavior:

    Customer receives only 10 USD

So the wallet amount is not being converted from the base currency before crediting.

    What I Need

    I want wallet credits/rewards to:

Always use the base currency value internally
Convert properly according to the active selected currency
Store/add the correct converted amount in the wallet

Could you please let me know:

    Is this officially supported?
Is there any compatibility setting/filter/hook available for this?
Or do I need custom integration for currency conversion?

    Thank you.
