HELLO,
I have a new issue that has happened across several orders on my website(s) that use your plug in. When customers have a “failed” order (meaning payment form not going through) the terawallet still deducts the amount used from it towards the purchase even though the order is denoted as failed. I believe in the past, when this would happen, the money would go back to the terawallet balance. Can you assist with troubleshooting this?
