This page contains all of TeraWallet’s cashback settings. To access it, navigate to WP Admin Dashboard → TeraWallet → Settings → Credit Tab.
- Cashback Reward Program: This option allows you to enable or disable cashback in your store.
- Process cashback: With this option, you can specify the WooCommerce order status at which the cashback amount will be awarded to the customer.
- Exclude user role: Using this option, you can specify the user roles for which cashback should be disabled.
- Cashback Rule: There are three types of cashback rules you can configure:
- Cart Wise: If you set cashback as cart-wise, the cashback amount will be calculated based on the cart subtotal.
- Product Wise: If you set product-wise cashback, you can override the global cashback amount for each product on the WooCommerce product edit page.
- Product Category Wise: If you set cashback as category-wise, you can override the global cashback amount on the product category edit page.
- Cashback type: This option allows you to set the cashback type as either a percentage or a fixed amount.
- Maximum Cashback Amount: You can use this option to set the maximum cashback amount.
- Payment gateway charge: This option allows you to set a payment gateway charge for wallet top-ups. You can define the charge as either a percentage or a fixed amount for each enabled payment method in the WooCommerce settings.
